Terms and Conditions

Full payment or deposit may be requested in advance.
Full payment is due on departure day unless pre-paid.
Payment to be made in cash or bank transfer (to be received before arrival).
Management reserves the right of admission.
Any damage will be charged in full.
Management reserve the right to request proof of identity.
Check-in times as from 2pm (14hrs) or by prior arrangement / Check out time 10.30am (10.30hrs).
Minimum stay during high season and weekends: 2 nights.
Dogs allowed (no fenced gardens).
Smoking in rooms and Lodge is not permitted.
Firing in Lodge with charcoal provided by April Cottage only. No firing of any waste is permitted.
Use of BBQ in lodge only by prior booking.
Breakfast to be served either in gardens / breakfast room in Cottage. No breakfast to be served in Lodge.
Use of sleeping bags in Lodge with liners only.
Lost keys will be charged at £150.00 (lock & keys replacement).
Cancellations of less than 24 hours: Full payment and/or no refund of payment or deposit.
Cancellations 2 – 5 days prior arrival: 50 % of total of length of stay.
Cancellations earlier than the above: no charge.
